From the first minute we arrived to the airport, Signoria Perez’s well experienced chauffeur Jorge was there waiting for us and drove us to Casa Izabella. Martha is the dream hostess you wish to meet when arriving to a foreign country for the first time. Casa Isabella is a heaven of peace, in a country where quiet is not always easy to find. And the view! Both my husband and I enjoyed doing our morning yoga on the wonderful terrace. Martha’s Chef Rosita accommodated effortlessly my special dietary needs, I am strictly gluten-free, and from all the meals and the fresh juices we had in Ecuador, Martha’s were the best.
Martha’s was also our most excellent and attentive guide during our visit of Quito and different countrysides areas. We were shown the country and its culture “from the inside”. All these comments come from someone who has been running a tour company for the last ten years and both my husband and I are well seasoned world travelers.

We were looking for real estate and both my husband Geoffrey and I are so thankful that we met Martha for this matter. After a rather very unpleasant experience with dishonest “gringos” wannabe real estate people, we were so relieved to be able to count on Martha’s perfect honesty, reliability and profesionalism.
To anybody who is thinking about visiting Ecuador or buying real estate in Ecuador, I would say, first, contact Martha. You will save yourself time, money and headaches.

We recently enjoyed the luxurious, and comfortable facilities of Casa Izabella, the peaceful grounds, and pastoral setting. Martha and her staff made us feel most welcome, provided wonderful hospitality, fabulous food, and shared their culture and lifestyle. As busy professionals we appreciated the in depth knowledge, and experiences that Martha shared, and the valuable and insightful day tours. We highly recommend, and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again soon.

Martha and Hugo are the perfect hostess and host to a beautiful Bed and Breakfast esperience. The food is wonderful and healthy, too! I always stay at Casa Izabella when I come to Ecuador because it immediately sets the change in mood from the fast-paced life here in the States to the relaxed, natural lifestyle in Ecuador. They are also a great source of information about the country and opportunities there. I can’t wait for my next trip!

Your Bed and Breakfast was wonderful! My husband and I arrived after dark, not having been there previously. We were enthusiastically greeted and shown to our very comfortable room. The breakfast was fabulous–with many delicious choices. We spent time the following day enjoying the outdoor scenery. This is a GREAT place to stay!!
